Our standard delivery is usually within 3-5 working days. We shall by email or on the telephone at time of order if possible advise of approximate delivery and lead times. If there is an extended lead time or delay or we cannot fulfil your requested delivery date we shall contact you to arrange an alternative.

We can also offer an express delivery service. To avail of this service orders must be accepted before 10am on the day before. An additional charge shall apply.

Deliveries are made to the 'kerb side' due to insurance guidelines. You must arrange for adequate help to unload the goods. Your delivery may be made in a 40' lorry. It is assumed that the delivery address is accessible. It is the buyers responsibility to advise Ruby2.co.uk of any restrictions, e.g. Low bridge, weight restriction, parking. The delivery vehicle must be able to park at the delivery address without committing a parking offence. If the buyer instructs the driver to park in such a manner that results in a parking penalty being incurred, payment of this will be the responsibility of the customer/buyer.

Your delivery shall be made on the requested day between approximately 8.00am and 6.00pm. Requests for an estimated delivery time shall be at the discretion of the courier/driver, however we shall on request do our best to facilitate your particilar needs. The purchaser, or a representative must be available to sign for the order. If a delivery is attempted on an agreed delivery date and the driver is unable to gain vehicular access or the purchaser(or their representative) is not present to receive the goods, or there is inadequate help to unload the goods, the buyer will be liable for any redelivery costs incurred.

Ruby2.co.uk take special care in packaging goods for delivery, however on occasion some damage may occur despite best efforts.

It is the purchasers responsibility to check the goods for damage or wrong delivery before accepting delivery. No claim for damages or wrong delivery can be made if the carriers receipt is signed as goods received in good condition. Goods signed for as 'Not Inspected' shall be deemed as the goods being signed for as correct and in good condition.

Should the goods be damaged during delivery, or the order is incorrect or incomplete please make sure it is noted on the couriers paperwork. We request that you contact us immediately on 0845 863 0494 to discuss resolution of the issue, preferably while the driver is still there in the event of a return of goods. Whilst every effort will be made by Ruby2.co.uk to insure hat the correct quantity and quality of goods are delivered within a timely manner to the buyer, neither Ruby2.co.uk or the manufactureer shall be liable for any damages caused by such omissions or delays.

Where goods are refused on delivery are found to be undamaged on return to us we reserve the right to pass on any carriage charges that we incur in returning the goods to us.

If we are delivering to an alternate address to that of the billing address, i.e. the address to which the payment card is registered, we are happy to accommodate, however in order to facilitate this we require proof of ID before the contract is agreed. Acceptable documents to prove id may include a utility bill, council tax statement or banking details. This list is not exhaustive but all document s do need to be reasonably current.

Any claim for damages or wrong delivery must be made to Ruby2.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of goods, failing which all claims shall be deemed to be waived and absolutely barred.

All cases of force majeur such as wars, riots, strikes, lockouts, bankruptcy, fire, water damage, delay in transport, lack of means of transport, brerakdown in factories or those of our suppliers or any other unforeseeable events give us the right to postpone the fulfilment of the contract, as well as to cancel it partially or wholly without thereby conferring on the buyer the right to claim damages against Ruby2.co.uk or the manufacturers.
